With regards to bonus scenes and extra footage, we enjoy this content and really want to provide it for our customers, but there are instances where we will not be able to provide it:
We often receive pre-release DVDs, this is so the distributor can release the DVD both online and in the shops at the same time. These pre-releases sometimes do not contain the extra/bonus footage. In some cases the content is hidden as a DVD 'Easter Egg' - in most cases this footage is found, but sometimes it can be missed.
